FETHİYE Danaus chrysippus

This butterfly is well-known for its striking tawny-orange coloration with black and white spots on the edges of its wings, which provide a warning to predators about its unpalatable taste due to the toxins it accumulates during its larval stage from the milkweed plants it consumes.
