I acknowledge, declare, and undertake that I have read and fully understood the entire Information Text, which is unequivocally communicated regarding the processing of my personal data, prepared by FUSION POINT SOFTWARE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED COMPANY (“Company”), registered in the Antalya Trade Registry, with its central address at Altınkum Mah. 416. Sk. No:14/5 Konyaaltı/ANTALYA (“Company Postal Address”).

In this context, it has been communicated that all kinds of information that would identify or could identify me, such as identity, contact details, gender, date of birth, the URL of the form at https://hedix.com.tr/pages/contact, IP address at the time the form was filled, device information, browser information, messages sent and received to and from the Company’s Short Number and Keyword are involved. I acknowledge, declare, and undertake that my personal data (“Processed Personal Data”) provided while shopping from Hedix automatic sales points or the www.hedix.com.tr website, my shopping records, and personal data filled in the forms are to be stored and processed in physical and software and/or internet-based electronic environments for mandatory periods required by legislation or customary practices, the Company’s legitimate interests, and/or necessary and proportionate periods for the retention of personal data.

I have read and understood in detail in the Information Text the purposes for which my Processed Personal Data is processed by the Company. I acknowledge, declare, and undertake that I consent to the storage and processing of my personal data in physical and software and/or internet-based electronic environments for all these purposes.

I acknowledge, declare, and undertake that my Processed Personal Data can be transferred to domestic real persons or private legal entities (payment organizations, companies providing call center services, the Company’s lawyer, advertising agencies the Company works with, cargo companies, etc.), authorized public institutions and organizations (ETBIS, IYS, Ministry of Finance, GIB, Tax Office, Execution Departments, Courts, etc.), and to real persons or private legal entities abroad (Facebook, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for purposes detailed in the Information Text.

I acknowledge and declare that I have been detailedly informed that I have the rights to apply to the Company to learn whether my personal data has been processed, to request information if my personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose, to know the third parties to whom my personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, to request deletion or destruction, to request notification of the operations related to the correction and/or deletion or destruction of personal data to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, to object to any outcome that emerges against me by analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to demand compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing. I understand that I can exercise these rights by filling out the application form and sending it signed via email to the Company Postal Address, delivering it personally to the same address, or sending it to the email address tr.infofusion@gmail.com.
